PMS Online Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2025-26 Form

Government of Bihar invites online applications for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) Scheme 2025-26 for BC, EBC, SC and ST category students.

All eligible male and female students can apply online through the official PMS Online portal for the academic year 2025-26.

Candidates are advised to read the full notification carefully before applying online.

Application Begin Date	15-09-2025
Application Last Date	15-11-2025 (Extended)

There will be no application fee required for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2025-26.

Applicants must be permanent residents of Bihar State.
The caste category of applicant should belong to BC / EBC / SC / ST.
Annual income of parent / guardian including own income should not exceed Rs. 3,00,000/-.
The applicant should be studying in post matric courses in government or recognized non-government institutions located in Bihar.
